The building is a 1931 brick two-story with a full basement. Phase 1 opens up the ground floor as a prayer hall, finishes the basement for wudu and restrooms, adds an accessible entrance, and brings the building up to the code a place of worship needs.
The estimated cost covers design, permits, construction and a contingency. Every gift to this project is recorded against it.
